Refund Policy of Shriram Seeds
We provide a 7-day return policy, so you can ask for a return within 7 days of receiving your goods. Your item must be unused, in its original packing, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required. To start a return, you can contact us at https://shriramseed.com/ In the event that your return is approved, you will receive information on where and how to mail your product along with a return shipping label. We won’t accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.
Damages and issues
Once your product has been received, please check it over and let us know straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect so we can investigate and resolve any issues. We can replace the product or provide you with a refund based on the individual case.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have is the quickest approach to be sure you get what you want. We’ll send you the correct goods within three days after we receive, inspect, and approve your return. Please be aware that unless the reason for the return is that we delivered the incorrect item or damaged the products, in which case we will pay the return shipping costs, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping for exchanges and replacements.
